Voice

DeMarcus Williams is a vocalist, vocal coach, recording artist, worship leader, songwriter, and music educator with more than two decades of experience in music and performance. He studied music at Florida Memorial University and Palm Beach Atlantic University and holds a Master of Science in Psychology, giving him a unique interdisciplinary perspective on the connection between creativity, confidence, learning, and performance.

As a vocal instructor, DeMarcus is passionate about helping students develop strong vocal technique while discovering their individual sound and artistic identity. His teaching philosophy incorporates the psychology of creativity, recognizing that effective vocal development involves not only the voice, but also confidence, self-expression, discipline, and the ability to overcome performance barriers.

Throughout his career, DeMarcus has served as a worship leader, vocalist, vocal coach, workshop facilitator, clinician, panelist, and masterclass instructor. Since 2022, he has also worked with Chichima Productions as an actor, audition judge, and musical coordinator.

DeMarcus is the founder and Creative Coach of I AM Development, where he helps creatives cultivate their gifts and develop their artistic potential. He is also an independent recording artist, with his latest single, “Your Name” (2026). Whether working with a beginning vocalist or an experienced performer, DeMarcus seeks to create an encouraging environment where students can build technique, confidence, creativity, and a genuine connection to their voice.
